Key responsibilities:
Flow Simulation: Using CFD software (e.g., ANSYS Fluent, COMSOL, OpenFOAM) to simulate fluid flow, turbulence, heat transfer, and related phenomena in various systems.
Modeling and Analysis: Developing accurate fluid dynamics models for systems like HVAC, engine design, turbines, or pipe networks to predict performance and identify areas for improvement.
Design Optimization: Analyzing simulation results to optimize designs, improve efficiency, reduce drag, enhance heat dissipation, or optimize fluid distribution.
Problem Solving: Applying CFD techniques to solve specific engineering challenges, such as predicting fluid behavior in complex geometries or designing systems with optimal thermal management.
Data Interpretation: Interpreting simulation data to draw meaningful insights and provide recommendations based on analysis, helping clients make informed design decisions.
Collaboration: Working with engineers, researchers, and designers to integrate CFD analysis into the overall product development process.
